Why do we fly? Because we can!
If you had a large kite on a windy day and as long as you used common sense in it's use, should you be told by some beurocrat in Europe that you need a license and your kite needs an approved inspection? No!
Whilst I.M.P.S. do not condone any illegal or hazardous flying activity, it does promote and encourage pioneering, innovation and boundary pushing in the truest sense, as when Microlight flying was first indulged.
I.M.P.S. are opposed to the rushing tide of over-regulation and like the old adages.... "What they don't see, they don't know", "Keep your head down".
